Advanced Swimming Sessions

The Portsmouth Northsea Advance Swimming Sessions programme programme offers the opportunity to triathlon and open water swimmers (16+) from the local area to access weekly expert swimming coaching with our Senior Professional Coaches.

Swimmers will also have access to:

• Dedicated training lanes (not mixed with public swimming)
• Focus on technique and endurance
• Minimum of 2 km to 4 km distance depending on individual level

Location: Mountbatten Leisure Centre, Alexandra Park, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO2 9QA

Swimmers pay £30 per month for one session a week.

ASA membership is required for insurance purposes. If you are not already an ASA member, a one off payment of £22 per year is required to become a Category 1 ASA member (for non competitive swimmers) or Category 2 ASA member (£43 per year) for swimmers who wish to enter ASA competitions.
