PNSC Open Water

Due to water temperatures, open water sessions are only offered to 13+ years old swimmers (at the coaches discretion). They are aimed at experienced swimmers with 800m and 1500m free times on British rankings or open water competition times. As the water temperature at this time of the year will still be cold, wet suits will be compulsory and neoprene gloves, hats and booties/socks are recommended.

Swimmers will only be allowed to swim once the form/waiver with the relevant information has been submitted. Please do not arrive at the session without prior registration and discussion with the coach.
